Vice President, Resource Development
As the Vice President of Resource Development, Veshell is responsible for managing the public relations department and the content it delivers; ensuring brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant. Veshell comes to United Way with nearly 15 years of experience in event planning, nearly 10 years as a Workforce Development Specialist with Workforce Solutions of Central Texas and countless years of community service. She previously held the position as Donor Services Recruiter with Baylor Scott and White Health for three years. In that position, she had several donor stories published in newspapers, magazines and on the local news stations. In her free time, she is part of a non-profit organization that hosts football camps, mentorship talks and backpack giveaways for the Central Texas area. Veshell earned her Bachelor of Business degree from Park University and of Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M-Central Texas.
