Diamond Martinez
2-1-1 Call Center Manager
Diamond joined the UWCT team in September 2017. She serves as the UWCT 2-1-1 Call Center Manager. Prior to joining the staff Diamond was 2-1-1 with Bell County, Workforce and Area Agency on Aging Council of Governments since 2004. She is certified in information and referral specialist for aging and disability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting. She has volunteered for over 10 years at the Texas Aging and Disability Services. She is also a certified Ombudsman for Central Texas.
