Workplace Giving
Central Texas is unique with its diverse workforce that consistently produces a true class of leaders. Hundreds of local businesses commit year after year to improving lives in our community through their participation in a corporate giving campaign.
The goal each year during the campaign is 100% Exposure! United Way wants each person to have the opportunity to hear the United Way story, and then be given the chance to make a commitment in a pledge to United Way. Through corporate giving campaigns, pledge donations are accepted through payroll deduction or by a one-time donation of cash or check.
Companies that choose to participate with United Way are asked to name a campaign coordinator who is responsible for conducting the campaign and serves as the liaison between United Way and their place of business.
